The summer sunshine was definitely on top form for Amy and Stewart’s wedding! Their special day had a little bit of everything in fact - sunshine, beautiful woodlands and four legged companions. My perfect kind of wedding day!
Amy and Stewart’s ceremony was held in the quaint St.Mary and All Souls Episcopal Church in Coldstream, surrounded by close family and friends.
Lucky for us, the church is surrounded by gorgeous mature woodland which made for an amazing backdrop for the first stop on the happy couples photo locations list.
After getting a few images in the woods, it was off to a top secret location that Amy had told me about during our first wedding meeting back last year. She had spoken so passionately about it and had listed it as one of her ‘must’ locations for pictures on the day. And for good reason too - all the flowers were in full bloom and were simply breath taking!
A stunning location with endless outdoor picture opportunities! Now it was the turn of Amy and Stewart’s fur babies to get in on the photo action - two gorgeous and fun loving Dalamations who were so over-joyed to see Mum and Dad.
Amy and Stewart managed a few minutes to themselves. Stood among some of the beautiful Rhododendrons that had shed their petals that looked rather like a blanket of confetti. A perfect opportunity for a quick photo!
Although I could have stayed at the location all day, the bride and groom were expected at their reception which was a hop, skip and a jump just over the border into England at Marshall Meadows Country House, just outside of Berwick - Upon - Tweed
Congratulations again Amy and Stewart! Your day was gorgeous in every sense of the word! I really could have stayed all day and taken your pictures in the abundance of outdoor setting!
Here’s a little ‘welcome home’ for you both after your Honeymoon - your gallery awaits!
