I love that because of recent circumstances that my business has adapted. More and more I am doing at home shoots and seeing how much more relaxed my clients and their wee ones can be in the comfort of their own home. The results are clear to see and still look like a studio shoot - but with minimal disruption. Meaning I can concentrate on the things that matter most….those beautiful blue eyes!!

Sunny Days

Well, what a week we have had! It's really felt like the start of summer for most of us!

It was a delight to take full advantage and welcome back a lovely family that I photographed just over a year ago, when their little bundle of fun arrived! Now he is tottering around and exploring the great outdoors - making the most of the glorious sunshine on a beautiful spring afternoon!

Mum's The Word....

I just love capturing those tender moments between parent and child; they're so special and deserve to be preserved for a lifetime!  This shoot was wonderful - full of love and cute wee smiles! Love my job!

Exciting Times!

It was amazing to catch up with this lovely family at their home over the weekend! It only seems five minutes ago that I was taking photos of their little girl as a tiny baby - and here they are now, ready and waiting for baby number two to come along!

Catching Up!

I spent a lovely morning photographing a wonderful family - I had the pleasure of photographing one of the little boys just 18 months ago as a teeny little newborn.  Here he is today, growing up a treat!!

Rosetta Mini Sessions!

This year's mini sessions were held at Rosetta Nursery, Peebles - and what a success they were! It was lovely to see some new faces as well as welcome back clients from previous years.  It's always nice to see how their children are growing up!!

Together we raised £360 for the nursery's fund - a wonderful achievement which wouldn't have been possible without such loyal clients! So, a huge thank you to all that came along and a huge thank you also to Rosetta Nursery for letting me set up my studio!

Family Bonds..

This is the second of my lovely family portrait sessions in Eddleston this week! We had a fantastic opportunity to do some outdoor shots too! Perfect for little girls to feel free and be themselves with their favourite cuddly companion!! What an utterly gorgeous family they were to photograph! Thank you so much for making the long journey down from Falkirk to see me!

Sleepy Angel

Beautiful Amelie visited my studio recently.  She loved nothing more than to have a wee stretch, settling into a peaceful slumber - what a lovely moment to capture!

Halloween @ The Drill Hall

I had a wonderful time yesterday snapping wee babies in Halloween costumes!  They were all far too cute to be scary!!

Beltane Boogie!

What a glorious day for a mini photo session!! The Bairns Beltane Boogie is going to be held on Saturday 15th June from 10-12 at The MacFarlane Hall, Peebles. Wear red & white and put on your dancing shoes ....The Peebles March Riders and Beltane Queen Festival are hosting the event...There will be lots of snacks available to buy plus face-painting & tattoos!
